Alessi Mazda & Audi is seeking a Service & Parts Advisor to join our team in a full time capacity. We are a locally owned and operated business with over 50 years in the automotive industry in the Albury Wodonga region.
If you are looking for a start in the Automotive industry, or you have a desire to build on your existing Dealership experience, this is the position for you.
To be successful in this role you must be able to prioritise your work and be able to operate well under pressure. Working within a close team environment you will have a positive work ethic, excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
The Parts & Service Advisor carries out a range of duties and is the key customer contact for repair and maintenance of vehicles. Some of your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Providing an exceptional customer experience ensuring that individual customer needs are managed with the highest levels of care and attention
Responding to enquires and scheduling service bookings to maximise workshop productivity
Greeting customers when they drop off vehicles and organising alternative transport where applicable
Keeping customers up to date with their vehicles progress and estimated completion times
Liaising with customer for the approval of additional work
Processing of repair orders and ensuring professional handover of completed vehicles
Accurately record parts & service transactions into Dealer Management System
Processing Parts Inventory orders and receivals
Processing warranty claims on Manufacturer systems
