Receptionist/Administrator

Our Business Services Team provides high quality support at the core of the business. Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking to add a full time Business Services Administrator to our existing team based at Glen Osmond.

The Business Services Administrator will be responsible (but not limited to) the following:

Front Reception duties 3 days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)

  • Answering & Directing all calls (managing multiple lines)
  • Greeting incoming clients
  • Processing Payments
  • Collating Section Searches 
  • Managing the Reception inbox 

Administration duties back of house 2 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday)

  • Preparing Incoming/outgoing mail
  • Client updates
  • Maintaining Filing
  • Basic correspondence
  • Meeting room set up
  • General kitchen duties
  • Additional office duties as required

What are the hours Normal business hours apply, however, the Receptionist is required to remain until 6:15pm when after hours meetings are scheduled in the office (approximately 2 days per week.) On these days a 9:30am start time is permitted. 

Who are we looking for Previous experience in reception/administration is preferred, however would also suit an entry level candidate with customer service experience. Someone with an exceptional telephone manner who can display confidence in dealing with challenging clients and is calm under pressure. The ability to build meaningful relationships across our business is key. A team player who is motivated, professional and has a sense of humour!
