In anticipation of SEDA College WA commencing in 2021, SEDA is assisting the College with the recruitment of a highly organised and diligent Business Services Manager, on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for supporting the Principal on all matters of business administration and financial control of the College including annual budget, cash flow, fees collection, rebates, and payment of accounts and human resources. You will attend College Board meetings as adviser to the Board on financial, compliance and company matters hence you will review and develop the Business Continuity plan for the College.
The Business Services Manager will be initially based at SEDA College head office, however due to the state-wide nature of the College program and structures; intra and interstate travel may be required to ensure that the program and standards are delivered consistently across campuses. At SEDA, we live our values of professionalism, collaboration, integrity, and innovation. You will be joining SEDA as a pivotal part of the WA Leadership team, so its critical that you can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar capacity to be considered, backed up by relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting and CA/CPA membership. Working with children check, national police check and a current drivers license.
As the Business Services Manager, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience as a strong confident communicator with a high level of professionalism across a variety of platforms and varying levels. You will be well versed at practicing a high level of confidentiality and integrity coupled with effective organisational skills (including time management) where you can prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
You will be able to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member to achieve our goals and be able to identify issues and propose solutions.
