We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Marketing Administration Officer at the Mater Hospital-Sydney.
The Marketing Administration Officer - Maternity Services will be responsible for assisting in driving business growth through both administrative tasks and the promotion of hospital services, staff and Obstetricians. The successful candidate will also create an engaging maternity patient experience while coordinating bookings, enquiries for a range of Maternity Services, developing and maintaining web content, executing social media and email content plans along with other digital marketing efforts. As such, this role will be reporting to both the Maternity Services Manager and the Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities of The Marketing Administration Officer - Maternity Services include but are not limited to:
Development and implementation of an email marketing journey for expecting patients/families.
Assisting the Digital Marketing Specialist in the roll out of maternity specific campaigns across multiple channels.
Assisting the Digital Marketing Specialist in updating and maintaining content for Mater Maternity website.
Assisting Digital Marketing Specialist and/or external agencies to develop engaging content for web and marketing initiatives.
Collating feedback from patients to assist Digital Marketing Specialist to continually review and improve the online patient experience.
Collaborating with the Maters PR agency for media and social media opportunities.
Collaborating with Group Office in the roll out of CRM, or any upcoming projects relating to maternity services
Ensuring all maternity bookings are input into hospital systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Reviewing the design and distribution of current marketing collateral to patients with a goal to convert these to a digital format where possible.
Digitising online bookings for education classes, appointments, tours and information sessions
Monitoring the success of digital strategies and communication techniques
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified junior marketing or communications person with a strong customer focus, attention to detail and ability to multitask. They will have a passion for digitising processes with a desire to optimise the patient experience through effective communication and marketing techniques.
Knowledge and experience in marketing and communications
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Strong copywriting skills
Experience with basic design principles
Experience with email marketing platforms
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
