About the role:
We are seeking a part-time Undergraduate Accountant to work on Mondays and Tuesdays with work hours being flexible for the right candidate. This position reports to our Financial Accountant and is based at the Accoras Yeerongpilly head office.
Responsibilities will include:
Invoicing tasks - coding, matching, batching and entering
General accounts payable and receivable tasks
General payroll support tasks
Other general and accounts administration tasks, as directed.
Currently studying (second year minimum) a business / accounting related discipline.
Experience and knowledge of accounting software packages (MYOB would be a bonus).
Strong computer skills.
Ability to learn quickly and enhance skills.
Attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
