We are searching for an enthusiastic and proactive team member to join us long term in a sales administration role. This is a full-time position with 38 hours per week. The position has a strong customer focus and will be responsible for much of the sales clerical duties, including accurate data entry with various software and attending to reception.
You will need to display:
Organisation and time management skills
Attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and phone manner
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Windows
The following are considered an advantage:
Microsoft Office suites including Outlook and Excel
Experience managing couriers and delivery services
Previous customer service responsibilities in any role. Please draw these to our attention.
Your responsibilities will include:
Data entry for sales orders
Reception and answering customer enquiries via phone and email
Working with office and store team members to ensure customer orders are accurately processed and dispatched
Booking deliveries and organising with couriers
Some store duties if urgently required.
General clerical tasks
Keeping your work area tidy and clean
