Receptionist and Clinic Assistant City Physiotherapy

A most important job has recently become available as receptionist and clinic assistant at City Physiotherapy. Our well established Adelaide CBD practice of 4 Physiotherapists and a remedial massage demands the qualities of a dedicated, motivated, highly energetic, friendly and skilled multi-tasking receptionist to join us. Being a natural on the phone with patients and staff in person is high on the list of attributes you will have. You will also be able to formulate excellent written communication and be patient with people who ask a lot of questions and who are in pain. This is a dynamic role and requires a flexible mindset, being able to prioritise the demands of a busy reception desk and enquires as well as keeping both the clinic and its staff running on time, neat, clean, tidy and organised like a well-oiled machine.
If you've used Hicaps and Frontdesk practice management software your experience is preferable. The position is casual, Level 3 health professionals assistant award rate at approx 30 hours per week with an immediate start. The person filling this role will work very closely with our admin team leader and staff, be flexible over 5 days a week and available to perform additional hours at short notice to fill in for other reception staff if away or sick. This position also involves some cleaning and organisational management of specific tasks within the clinic.
