Yougawalla and Argyle manage 12 large scale properties across the vast Kimberley region. Our stations expand from Shamrock near the coast in Broome to Beefwood and Bulka in Fitzroy Crossing, Moola Bulla and Margaret River near Halls Creek and all the way down the Tanami Road to the remote desert country of Yougawalla and Lake Gregory stations.
We are a progressive, well established, forward thinking business. Our station managers are an excellent team who have been with us for a number of years and a high number of our casual staff return each season. We value people with the right attitude and skills to help us build and improve the business. If you are looking for the next step in your career the opportunities to grow with us are huge.
We have a strong safety and welfare culture with pre-season group induction sessions and first aid training provided. We also have internal company policies on alcohol and drugs, sexual harassment and social media with weekly toolbox meetings held at each property to make sure everyone is up to date. Station life is always very busy but we try to plan for staff to get time off for as many rodeos and events as is workable through the season. Every August we have a week off for staff to meet in Broome for the rodeo, races and a whale watching cruise.
