Specializing in General Pest Control, Termite Control, Pre-Construction installations, Renovation work, Replenishing existing Termite systems & Pre-purchase inspections.

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic & outgoing Full time Administration assistant to join our small friendly team in our busy office in Winnellie. 

 In this role you will be responsible for the below duties and possess excellent communication & customer service skills. 

Duties Include

  • Being the first point of call for providing information to new & old clients on all pest treatments available
  • Scheduling & coordinating jobs for our Pest technicians in Service M8
  • Communication with clients via telephone & email for residential/ commercial properties
  • Drawing up quotations for clients
  • Coordinating & taking care of recurring treatments & reminders
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Service M8 experience desirable
  • Previous Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask & work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
