Our client, a Global leader in the Iron Ore industry, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join their Port Hedland based team on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Working hours: Full time (Mondays - Fridays: 8am - 4pm)
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Scan high volumes of information Save to a document control system Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Answer telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information SAP Data entry from a variety of information sources Outlook emails.
Minimum 18 months experience in an administration role working for construction or mining companies in Australia Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve C class drivers licence Experience with Microsoft Office suite SAP experience (preferable but not essential)
