To support our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Office & Finance Administrator who is looking to take their career to the next level. The successful applicant will have a key role in the achievement of our company goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Office and Finance administration and support
Assist with the preparation and support of monthly/weekly reporting of management reports, settlement activities and analysis
Supporting the sales team with credit assessment checking, admin and any follow-up required
Answer incoming enquiries and calls
Data entry and database updating and other clerical work
Following up on client paperwork
Contributing to a positive office environment
Whilst the role reports into the Office Manager, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with the CEO, COO, marketing department and the sales team.
Successful Applicant Qualities
To be the successful candidate, you must:
Have 3 years + experience in a similar role
Be energetic and proactive, displaying initiative
Be a team player always willing to help
Deliver a confident and friendly phone manner with impeccable oral and written English skills
Have good organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrate accountability and take responsibility
Be solutions driven and creative
