Office Receptionist/Administrator

Full time receptionist /Admin position for northside office.  Applicants should have exp (minimum 2 yrs) and be proficient in range of Office suite computer programs.  Excellent phone manner required and experience with client data bases.  Experience dealing with elderly clients and knowledge of property maintenance preferred.y  Monday October 12 2020. Initial contract until June 2021 with potential for extension.

The Key Selection Criteria which MUST be addressed at application are:

KSC 1     Demonstrate your knowledge and provide examples of your ability in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Access, Publisher and your experience and knowledge of client data bases

KSC 2     Demonstrate your experience and ability in high levels of written and oral communication,  and what features of interpersonal skills you would apply to ensure you effectively deal with clients, tradespeople and other service providers

KSC3  Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people, people of any age with a disability

KSC 4  Demonstrate knowledge and or experience of home maintenance and home modification issues

KSC 5     Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a small team

KSC 6 Knowledge of or ability to attain knowledge quickly of Home Assist Secure and Commonwealth Home Support Program Maintenance and Modifications
