Coastlink is recruiting for a Full time Rostering/Logistics Administrator for their Disability Day Programs located at Berkeley Vale

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is technologically savvy, highly assertive, has strong attention to detail and first-class communication skills to be part of our dynamic team at Coastlink

Reporting to the Senior Day Program Coordinator, you will support the Day Program Team with the creation and management of fortnightly rosters for approx. 100 clients and 60 staff through the client management system.   The role will involve the day to day running of logistics for the program including scheduling of transport runs along with general administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for:

Rostering Desirable

Day to day logistics of running a busy program

Team player, resilient attitude, motivated and excellent communication skills

Proficient in a range of Microsoft office applications

High level of experience working with databases 

Able to multitask and prioritise a busy schedule.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Experience in a similar role;

Strong team work ethic, be able to provide support and guidance to the team as required in a compassionate and empathetic manner;

Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised with time management skills 

Highly developed and proven customer service skills including experience in following correct procedures when dealing with challenging situations and vulnerable people;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 

Knowledge of NDIS and the National Standards for Disability Services;

A current NSW Working with Children Check, National Police check and NSW Drivers license.
