QBD Books Head Office, located in Richlands, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service assistant to join our energetic team on a casual basis.
One of the key functions of this role is to take and action inbound calls and emails from customers regarding a variety of products and services. We are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and have great attention to detail. The successful applicants must have a 'can do' attitude and a clear ability to multitask.
This role will be responsible for:
Receive inbound customer service calls
Make outbound calls regarding orders placed
Key orders into the system for processing
Respond to web and product enquiries
Complete sales quotations
Process credits and returns
Liaise and build rapport with in-store, operations and marketing teams
Undertake other reasonable duties or projects not listed above as directed by the management team
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
Professional phone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level data entry/ keyboard skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent time management skills
Be able to follow processes to resolve complex issues across multiple channels
Reliability and enthusiasm
Good interpersonal skills and negotiation
Must be available to work a flexible roster 8am- 5pm AEST Monday - Saturday
