The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of Operations Management within a warehousing, logistics or a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in managing teams of 6 or more staff is essential to being successful in this role.
The candidate will have the ability to work autonomously but have the ongoing support of being part of a national organisation.
The following skills will be essential:
Strong management and communication skills.
Dependable, flexible and adaptable personality with a positive attitude.
Experience in managing third party logistic providers and sub-contractors.
Solid problem solving, time management and organisational skills
Competent computer skills to fulfil the role.

This outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Perth operation.
This operation has been growing steadily over a number of years and we are anticipating further growth over the near term.
In this position you will:
Effectively manage warehouse and customer service/operational staff.
Efficiently manage stock for the Western Australian operation.
Be jointly responsible for the overall Occupational Health & Safety function for the Western Australian operation and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Proactively manage all customer service queries.
Professionally manage relationships with internal and external customers.
Manage all logistics requirements on site.
