We are currently looking for a confident and results-driven Business Relationship Advisor to join our team in the Nerang office. Someone with a background in a sales based role, knowledge of local labour market linkages and business and community networks.
This is a full time position and includes a monthly Accrued Day Off (ADO). You will be provided with a company laptop and mobile phone to perform the role.
About the Role
No two days will be the same. This isn't your typical sit behind a desk position. As a Business Relationship Advisor you will be working closely with employers in our community, building relationships and connecting individuals with employment opportunities. ETC is committed to providing a tailored service for our participants and employers to meet the needs of our labour market.
This role includes brokering vacancies and traineeships, workplace training and work experience placements within the local area as well as reverse marketing unemployed jobseekers into sustainable employment, ensuring the smooth and constant flow of Job Ready clients into brokered vacancies whilst achieving ETC's business and contractual objectives.
