Fire Protection Project Manager | Major Projects | Career pathway to Construction Manager Sydney, $120k - $140k + Super + Vehicle
Company Tier 1 fire protection contractor that have operated for many years across Australia working on major construction projects for builders such as Lendlease, Multiplex, CPB, Scentre Group and Mirvac.
Projects recently completed go across commercial, rail, healthcare and retail.
Position Working under the construction manager for major projects you will lead projects where you will be accountable for;
Overseeing supervisors (wet and dry)
Indirectly managing trades
Assisting on variations and commercial reporting on project/s
Progress claims management
You To be successful you will have worked as a project manager for several years on major construction projects where you have been responsible for both wet and dry fire packages.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following;
Excellent client management, ideally with a tier 1 builder client/s
Excellent major construction experience and being able to foresee design and delivery issues before they arise
Strong understanding of D+C projects
Excellent man management
To be considered you will need to be looking for further succession in your career with the business as you will be identified over time to be progressed in to the construction manager position.
