Executive Assistant to Executive Director of Evangelisation Brisbane

The role of Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Evangelisation Brisbane has two primary objectives, firstly to provide the necessary secretarial/clerical and administration support that enables the Executive Director to manage his respective Archdiocesan responsibilities in a timely, efficient and caring manner. Secondly the role is required to be part of the Evangelisation Brisbane administration which provides essential administration and support to the Agency which is made of five organisational units: Children and Family, Youth, Adult Formation, Parish Leadership and Inclusion.
The preferred candidate will have deep understanding and commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church, have excellent administrative and communication skills and will have at least two years experience in administration work.
