Administration Support Officer, Inclusion, Children and Families

Applications are invited for the role of Administrative Support Officer providing administrative services to the Associate Director Inclusion and the Associate Director Children and Families at Evangelisation Brisbane, an agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane.
The successful candidate will have
Comprehensive computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs. i.e. Word, Excel
Comprehensive program skills including knowledge of the following (or comparable) programs: Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Wordpress, Google Drive, Zoom, Eventbrite
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter (uploading, scheduling and coordinating of posts, stories and reels)
Sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
Sound knowledge and understanding of Catholic Church operations
Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or relevant experience
The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to, and understanding of, the vision, mission, priorities and principles of the Archdiocese of Brisbane. The successful candidate will be available during regular business hours and, on occasion, for evening and weekend work.
