We are looking for a dynamic person to be the first point of contact for our clients. Our ideal person will be approachable with a friendly personality and positive attitude - someone who can listen to and engage with our clients. The candidate will consult with clients regarding their house selections and upgrades, as well as organise meetings between clients, consultants or suppliers.
The successful applicant will undertake administrative tasks such as actioning e-mails, keeping cost spreadsheets for projects, maintaining filing systems, and ordering building materials and supplies. Other duties include obtaining construction certificates, sourcing quotes, issuing advice or notices to clients, and liaising with relevant authorities.
We are looking for someone with attention to detail, good problem solving skills, and a commitment to client relationships. You must have a strong work ethic, and be committed to being pro-active and organised.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, and an understanding of the construction industry would be beneficial. Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must.

You will receive:
Salary is $70,000, plus superannuation.
