Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland government department to recruit a Data Entry Officer contract for 10 weeks with possible extension based in Brisbane CBD.
In this role you will:
Update existing documents to a new format including review and update of hyperlinks;
Input document properties;
Create and populate new HPRM structures that align with the new PPR site; and
Create new SharePoint pages for policies and procedures.
You will have:
Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Word knowledge and skills. A solid understanding of Styles, Formatting, Restrictions, Fields will be required. You will be expected to navigate their way through documents and application of styles, addressing errors and troubleshooting style/formatting errors in documents with ease.
Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills. Data entry and tracking progress in an existing spreadsheet will be required.
Prior experience and applied knowledge of HPRM.
High levels of attention to detail to ensure quality of final documents and that there is no lost information.
An ability to work efficiently, independently and within strict project timeframes. Efficiency will be critical to deliver within project timeframes.
