Data Entry Officer

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland government department to recruit a Data Entry Officer contract for 10 weeks with possible extension based in Brisbane CBD.

In this role  you will:

  • Update existing documents to a new format including review and update of hyperlinks;
  • Input document properties;
  • Create and populate new HPRM structures that align with the new PPR site; and
  • Create new SharePoint pages for policies and procedures.

You will have:

  • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Word knowledge and skills. A solid understanding of Styles, Formatting, Restrictions, Fields will be required. You will be expected to navigate their way through documents and application of styles, addressing errors and troubleshooting style/formatting errors in documents with ease.
  • Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills. Data entry and tracking progress in an existing spreadsheet will be required.
  • Prior experience and applied knowledge of HPRM.
  • High levels of attention to detail to ensure quality of final documents and that there is no lost information.
  • An ability to work efficiently, independently and within strict project timeframes. Efficiency will be critical to deliver within project timeframes.
  • The Worker must be able to ensure the quality of products/deliverables. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a self-directed and fast pace without losing
