All Shutters And Blinds is a national Australian company, specialising in the supply and installation of Plantation Shutters, Zip screens and most window furnishings to the customer.
We are seeking a dynamic team player to join our NSW office (based in Chipping Norton) in a full time capacity.
Duties will include:
Day to day office duties including answering phone calls and emails, assisting customers with their enquiries and supporting Management.
Booking appointments for Sales Reps with inbound customer enquiries.
Managing our CRM Process and sales support duties.
Managing communication flow across email, telephone and sms.
Experience with, or a desire to learn about our range of window furnishing products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the above duties, but must have strong computer literacy skills with a good understanding of Apple products, Google suite and Microsoft office.
You must also demonstrate a strong ability to multitask across various software platforms and work autonomously.
This role will suit someone who works well in a team, has outstanding customer service skills, has a confident phone manner, high attention to detail and brings with them a positive can do attitude.
This is the perfect role is for someone who has initiative and loves making the right impression with customers to exceed expectations.
