Administration Assistant/Scheduler

Flick - Anticimex are the leading pest control company in Australia and they are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join its Rockhampton administration team for an immediate start.

This full-time position would see the successful candidate being responsible for;

  • First point for customer enquiries via phone or email
  • Assisting with financial reporting such as COD, invoicing, Month-end tasks
  • Working with technicians and customers to ensure  complete and accurate reporting and scheduling

The following would be preferred:

  • Background or knowledge of the Pest Control Industry or similar service industry
  • Strong communication skills, a professional phone manner and a results-oriented attitude
  • Experience in cash handling and management of invoicing and accounts receivable.
  • Customer service experience
  • Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a team player
