A dynamic Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and providing administration support to the Mayor and Councillors, you will need to hit the ground running in tasks such as
Key liaison with CEO, Executive, Mayor and Councillors
Manage CEO calendar and meetings with various stakeholders
Provide administrative support to the CEO
Manage travel, catering and meetings setup
Produce agendas and minutes for the Executive Leadership Team
Maximise use of technology platforms and devices to ensure productive and flexible meeting and communications such as Council papers and minute distribution

A good understanding of executive support in a Local Government role, a dedicated commitment to confidentiality, an Associate Diploma in Administration or similar field of study and a sound knowledge of Murray River Council is preferred.
