Your Primary Role & Responsibilities
Planning, implementing and driving delivery of our exciting retail construction projects, up to approx. $20M
Manage project requirements for successful project start up and execution, establish project parameters including all site requirements and readiness for the build
Drive and control project outcomes to ensure progression of project is on track and deliver their project effectively at close out to gain practical completion with minimal to no defects and the successful release of any BGs and retention
What You Bring With You
10+ years construction industry experience in retail/commercial segment
7+ years Project Management experience
Bachelor of Construction Mgmt or related
Strong financial & contract admin skills
A 'can-do' attitude who appreciates how important company & team culture is
Experience with Jobpac Connect (ideally)
High level of computer literacy, intermediate to advanced ability in Microsoft Office Suite
