Your New Role: Area Leader Employment Term: Full Time – Ongoing Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 plus Bonus, Super and generous vehicle options Location: South Western Sydney – Liverpool /Campbelltown
This role is a People Leadership and service development role. It is all about leading and enabling our teams to be the best they can be and to grow our service due to the increasingly high demand for our services. Reporting to the Regional Leader, you you will be responsible for the growth and development of our Liverpool and Campbelltown therapy hubs. The successful candidate will have:
Highly developed people leadership skills: you have the ability to see the big picture, to inspire and to bring others on a journey. You will be a skilled coach and work in a model that empowers and enables your team to be solution focused, outcome driven and invested in making a difference in people’s lives.
Stewardship: You are a values based leader and will be accountable for the success of your team. Mission driven / customer focused - You have always had the end user at the heart of what you do.
Passion: you have a deep interest the rights for people with a disability to have access to high quality, evidence based, person centered supports.
Commercial acumen: you understand business drivers and will work with the regional lead to develop and grow our teams and our service.
Team Player - you have a sincere and respectful attitude toward colleagues and their views. You will challenge and offer your time generously to develop others.
Experience: You will have demonstrated experience in leading people and growing teams. Experience in disability (lived or work) is desirable. Health and/or community services experience will also be considered.
Outcomes focused: you will work with the broader leadership and use metrics to report on outcomes.

Bachelors degree in relevant field or significant work experience
