We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to join our Queensland team. Your primary function will be to support Senior Management with administration activities. This role will involve assistance with purchasing, billing, administration, accommodation bookings, forecasting and reporting.
The role will report day-to-day to the Operations Manager and will involve regular contact with construction management, engineering and team leaders. The role will also involve contact with external stakeholders including suppliers and subcontractors.
This role will create a positive difference to projects and to clients, by providing assistance to the professional team as well as ensuring client liaison and office management functions are smooth running. You will be relied on to review and suggest improvements to operations.
The Key Result Areas for this role are:-
Providing assistance to the Operations Manager,
Client liaison - fielding calls and contacting clients,
Arranging travel, accommodation, inspections, site access equipment etc
Document management and presentation including detailed Microsoft suite formatting to a high level.
Managing and optimising all office equipment
Administer JBE website updates and coordinate content for socials.
