Highly recognised as one of the best in our field, we are a multi award winning real estate agency located in the prestigious beach side location of Somerton Park (adjacent Glenelg), and we are seeking an amazing full time Business Administration Officer to run our administration function.
The right candidate will be immaculately presented at all times, with a mature and positive outlook. High attention to detail is a must along with a very friendly approach. As the most important role in the business; you will be highly reliable, have the ability to multitask, possess great work ethic and must be a team player.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent time management and communication skills with a highly professional demeanour. You have the "can and will do attitude" nothing is too big, too small or hard to achieve. You will also need to be a quick learner to accommodate our busy team. You'll be supported every day by our whole team, and have hands-on support from the Office Manager.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
Coordination of end-to-end property advertising campaigns
Processing new listings, including inputting into our CRM database, creating files, brochures and signboards
Website property maintenance including open times, auction results, sold/withdrawn properties, price changes.
Contract Management for properties under contract through to settlement, communicating with conveyancers.
Marketing design and distribution (calendars, e-marketing, letterboxing material)
Property Management support (lease renewal documentation, filing, lease preparation)
Attending to walk-ins from our clients
General administrative functions including opening/closing office, mail, stationary, maintaining cleanliness of general office areas
Social media marketing for properties and our team
Maintaining a friendly atmosphere with a smile to provide clients and staff the best service possible.
You will have experience in a similar role, and prior Real Estate administration experience will be considered favourably when selecting the successful applicant. You will have the confidence to manage a busy workload whilst attending to our very important clients. You will also need strong computer and technology skills.
A typing speed of >50 words per minute with >90% accuracy is required, along with being organised, thorough, systems oriented and meticulous attention to detail.
