Jobs Statewide are now seeking experienced administrators to join our Adelaide CBD team.  This important role is a great stepping stone into the recruitment industry.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • High volume outbound phone calls to employers and our candidates
  • Gathering and assessing information to work towards our employment outcomes.
  • Interpreting and analysing payroll information supplied by employers 
  • Assessing wage subsidy requests and invoices from employers and processing payments
  • High volume data entry, processing financial transactions  and administrative duties

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Advanced administration and data entry skills
  • A confident phone manner
  • Ability to work fast paced with high volume and time-sensitive repetitive tasks
  • Ability to obtain information from employers within short timeframes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A high level of communication and negotiation skills
  • Persistence to achieve performance objectives and targets
