About the role
Our Videographer role is a core role in our Marketing team.

Your core responsibility will include producing video content for our social media, digital advertising, website, marketing and advocacy campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be required to:

  • Produce videos end to end, including design and planning, organising and coordinating, filming and directing, recording sound, and editing.
  • Champion CCIWA’s video brand in line with our existing style guide.
  • Engage with CCIWA member businesses so they can tell their story through our channels.
  • Develop a video bank for the rapid production of video content at a later date.
  • Be a creative design and production lead on projects as needed.
  • Facilitate the set-up live streaming for events or press conferences.
  • Rapidly edit video content for responsive posting on social media.
  • Share brand photography responsibilities with our in-house graphic designer.

About You
CCIWA is looking for a highly motivated and self-starting individual who can lead video production within the marketing team.

You will have:

  • Ability to fulfil a brief from pre-production, shoot and post-production.
  • A proven track record in video production demonstrated by a portfolio.
  • Proficiency with camera operation, lighting and sound recording.
  • The ability to direct talent as needed to achieve the brief.
  • The ability to quickly turnaround production of short clips to social media.
  • Experience in a corporate events environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Experience with still photography.
