Master Builders WA is a well-established Registered Training Organisation offering nationally recognised and industry relevant training in Perth and regions via regional offices.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to assist the training team with the customer service and administration tasks.
This is a part-time (three days/week) role for six months contract basis.
The ideal candidate will present with a 'can-do' attitude and is flexible and adaptable in their approach. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. Key to this role is your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn as you go. You will be required to manage multiple task and prioritise your work accordingly.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing student enquiries
Facilitating student enrolments
Administering payment plans and bookings
Administer and organise training at internal and external sites within Perth
Ongoing liaison with trainer regarding availability and invoicing
Have an understanding or be willing to learn policies and procedures pertaining to running a RTO
Administration of student files from enrolment to completion via the student management system, preparation of invoices, monthly reconciliations and reports

VETtrak knowledge and experience
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Problem solving attitude
Possess solid and proficient computing skills in Microsoft products and data bases
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Previous experience working for an RTO will be very useful.
