Cater Care seeks to appoint an engaging and dedicated recruitment coordinator/administrator to join our team, located at our support office in Stirling. The main focus for this position will be recruiting and onboarding Chefs & Utility staff on a permanent basis for our remote mining village operations located throughout Western Australia.
What this role involves:
End to end recruitment activities
Placement of job advertising on job boards and social media platforms
Applicant reviews and short-listing
Interviewing of candidates (face-to-face & video)
Offer of Employment related administration
General recruitment related duties & administration including booking/revision of pre employment medicals
Regional travel when required
What we require from you:
Stable & progressive employment within hospitality/recruitment administration
Excellent sourcing skills through multiple advertisement and social media platforms
Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Attention to detail and personal presentation
Embraces teamwork, but able to work autonomously
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google Suite)
Exposure to Recruitment Tools such as Scout
Motivated and accountable
Exposure to remote catering recruitment highly regarded (not essential)
