The AIG Group consists of 5 different entities. As the Group continues to grow and expand, an exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and savvy Accounts officer to join our finance team.

About the role
The successful applicant's initial contract will be for a period of 12 months. Minimum hours will be 4 days a week and open for negotiations.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include, but not limited to:
Manage start-to-end accounts receivables including processing weekly claims from NDIS and managing outstanding deposits
Manage start-to-end accounts payables including processing fortnightly supplier payment
Responding to Customer & Staff enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
Reconcile the Group bank accounts weekly
General business and office administrative tasks as required

Skills and experience
Previous senior accounts experience is a must (minimum 3 years)
Outstanding customer service experience with the ability to deal with any issues that may arise
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and a team player
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks with a willingness to learn

Currently residing in Western Australia
Full unrestricted Australian work rights
