Total Restorations Group is looking for an out-going and enthusiastic person to join our busy team.
Job tasks will include:
- Answering phones
- Responding to emails
- Reading reports and communicating with technicians
- Minor scheduling
- Sourcing and ordering supplies for larger jobs as required
- Assisting with paperwork and recording completion
Applicants must bring a positive attitude and an eye for detail to the role and be prepared to work in a fast paced office environment.
Administration experience is beneficial but not compulsory.
Position is casual with opportunities to progress to a part-time contract after the probational period.
It is a set roster Monday - Friday 7am - 2pm.
