Accounts & Payroll Officer

Established in 2007, Asset Reports are the market leaders for Property Inspections in Western Australia. Our business is rapidly growing and an opportunity now arises for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as an Accounts & Payroll Officer. 

Working closely with Management, your main duties will include:  

  • Manage Payroll processes
  • Client Invoicing 
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Preparation of BAS, Super and Payroll Tax
  • Other Administration Duties

Ideal qualifications for the role:

  • Accounting degree preferred 
  • Experience with Xero and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Professionally presented
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
