General Sales Manager - Berwick BMW

The Jowett Motor Group (JMG) BMW retail portfolio is continuing to expand in the next couple of months with the development of Berwick BMW almost complete in Melbourne’s south eastern growth corridor. This will complement our award winning Waverley BMW (BMW Metro Dealer of the Year 2019).

We are currently looking for a new Sales Team to join Berwick BMW. Based from our state of the art, prestige dealership in Narre Warren, you'll not only join the Berwick BMW team, but also become part of the Jowett Motor Group (JMG) family. Progress your career in this full time, permanent General Sales Manager position. In this role you will lead by example, report to the General Manager and be responsible for developing a strong sales team and take the lead on all dealership valuations and our wholesale processes. Experience in sourcing and buying your own stock will also be desired to help fulfil your stocking requirements. You will coach, motivate and guide the team to ensure dealership targets are met with a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
We operate a 5-day week Monday to Saturday, with an RDO in lieu of Saturday.


To be successful in your new role you’ll have: 

  • A proven track record in selling new or used vehicles, prestige preferred
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Demonstrated success in Used Car management role(s), prestige preferred
  • Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills
  • High energy, proactive, resilience and with a ‘will to win’ mindset
  • Ability to lead and develop your team whilst keeping your fingers on the pulse
