CoreStaff Broken Hill is currently seeking applicants for Service Advisor .This role is located in Broken Hill for a reputable company specialising in providing equipment, parts and services to various industries.
About the role:
Providing administrative support to senior staff
Open and close work orders
Ensuring notes are entered on the work order
Invoicing & Receipting
Scheduling customer service orders and record problem description/ scope of repair required
Advise customer of status of repair / change in scope of work
Providing timely follow ups to customers
Answering queries (technical and general) from customers
Liaising with workshop team members
Outstanding professional customer relationship management
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional time management
Excellent computer skills with previous experience in all Microsoft applications.
Conflict resolution skills
Be able to work within a team environment
Be able to pass a full pre- employment medical including a D&A screen
Highly Desirable Criteria But Not Essential :
Previous experience in a similar role
Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing
