Service Advisor

CoreStaff Broken Hill is currently seeking applicants for Service Advisor .This role is located in Broken Hill for a reputable company specialising in providing equipment, parts and services to various industries.

About the role:

  • Providing administrative support to senior staff
  • Data entry
  • Open and close work orders
  • Ensuring notes are entered on the work order
  • Record maintenance
  • Invoicing & Receipting
  • Scheduling customer service orders and record problem description/ scope of repair required
  • Advise customer of status of repair / change in scope of work
  • Providing timely follow ups to customers
  • Answering queries (technical and general) from customers
  • Liaising with workshop team members

Essential Criteria:

  • Outstanding professional customer relationship management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management
  • Excellent computer skills with previous experience in all Microsoft applications.
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Be reliable
  • Be able to work within a team environment
  • Follow instructions
  • Be able to pass a full pre- employment medical including a D&A screen

Highly Desirable Criteria But Not Essential :

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing
