Front of House/Guest Experience Concierge

We are looking for an exceptional and committed individual who is passionate about positively affecting peoples lives.
As a Concierge you will be responsible for delivering a  warm and welcoming customer service, enhancing guest experience and being the go to team member for both member and team enquiries.

This is a great opportunity to work in one of Sydneys most beautiful heritage buildings with a rooftop haven of thoughtful design and splendid facilities.

About You 

As Club Concierge,  you play a key role in delivering on our brand promise, come as you are, leave a little better.

You will understand that there are many things that impact on the guest experience and therefore must maintain a 360-degree view of the venue including the presentation of the venue, daily operations and guest services. As the guests first point of contact you will be instrumental in building customer relationships by giving individualise attention towards each guest and fostering a positive and friendly environment.

Through your years of administrational experience in a fitness or hospitality environment, you will also have sound knowledge of products and services offered in a health club and/or cafe. This role requires a hybrid, someone who can not only own incoming and outgoing communication, but also make each guest a priority and deliver quality face to face communication. In Addition to taking care of guests, you will utilise your strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills as you work with the rest of the staff to ensure every work area is well looked after to allow for expedient and efficient operation.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment

  • Ability to provide an exceptional and personalised customer experience

  • Exposure to the Fitness & Wellness world will be highly advantageous

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Flexibility to assist on occasional weekend cover

  • The ability to think on feet and be an all rounder

  • Must be eligible to work full time
