De Sangosse Australia is a specialty plant nutrition & pest control wholesale business servicing agricultural retail clients Australia-wide. The company is going through an expansion phase and is looking to fulfill a part-time position (up to 30 hours per week). The position is set to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand. The role is based in the Alexandria / Mascot area.
You will be working in a mutli-cultural team with 2 other people in the office and liaise with our 5 Sales Representatives working in different states.
About the Role
A Customer Service and Admin Officer position has opened up to help with De Sangosse Australia growing business. The role sits within the Admin team and will report to the Operations Manager.
Participate in inventory and quality claim management
Update supplier and customer database in accounting software
You are enthusiastic and have the ability to work in autonomy as well as part of a team. You enjoy dealing with customers, and you have great attention to details. Being customer-service focused, you are also energetic, reliable and accurate.
Competency in the use of Office pack softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a pre-requisite, as is an understanding of Bookkeeping procedures (Reckon, SAP for instance).
