Receptionist / Office Assistant

Frontline Fire & Rescue Equipment design and manufacture Fire and Emergency Service Vehicles, for both the government and private sector.

We are currently seeking a full time Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our friendly team based at our Malaga premises.

This role will include:

  • Answering all telephone calls promptly and directing to appropriate staff
  • Welcoming visitors and suppliers and ensure they meet minimum safety standards if proceeding onsite
  • Maintaining office stationery and supplies
  • Assisting Managers and different departments as required
  • General accounts and administration duties
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Word processing and data entry

To be successful in your application for this position, you will have:

  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Exposure to MYOB and Ostendo would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pleasant and helpful manner
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Work in a team environment, as well as independently

This position will continue to grow and change.

A current driver's licence is required.
