About the role The Clinical & Quality Systems Partner is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and implementation of Quality and Clinical Management Systems and Quality Improvement activities within the Service and Operations Quality Team.. The Clinical & Quality Systems Partner will support and partner with staff in the ongoing development of a mature quality and continuous improvement management system. They will also work to maintain and develop plans that are focussed on the continuum of care processes which aim to maximise the outcomes for all clients and customers.
Skills & qualifications * Quality management * Auditing and reviews * Systems management * Stakeholder engagement * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement methodology with a focus on process and excellent client experience and outcomes * Proven ability to liaise, support and work with both senior clinical staff and direct care staff * Health professional degree * Graduate diploma in quality management or aged care operational management is desirable * Registered quality assessor is desirable
