This role is based at our Margate Processing site. Working in conjunction with our Manager and an outstanding team, you will have a diverse and exciting range of duties, so you need to be a Jack or Jill of all trades. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to lead and supervise daily activities for our processing staff in a positive and proactive manner.
Leading and motivating a large team to meet daily production targets and KPIs
Experience with processing and yield
Manage quality assurance and customer service outcomes by careful attention to correct labelling, monitoring box conditions, temperature of product;
Ensure all controlled documents are accurate and up to date (including but not limited to hygiene sheets, QA sheets, transfer certificates);
Provide leadership in the work area by personally maintaining all performance, standards and behaviour; and
Work with other Team Leaders and Managers to ensure weekly production plan targets are met.
Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position;
Significant experience in delivering operational outcomes;
High level communication skills underpinned by a collaborative approach;
Proven ability to plan, train, coach, mentor and develop staff;
Be a highly self-motivated, persuasive and passionate influencer;
FMCG experience would be advantageous; and
Passionate about leading people to excel in daily duties.
