Content Creator

Loveridge Digital is searching for a reliable all-round content creator to join our team. 

We are seeking an innovative content creator to join our international team at Loveridge Digital. While this is currently a casual position located in Bathurst, there will be a full-time opportunity for the right person in the near future. You will likely have an interest in digital marketing, live & breathe video content & be keen to learn new skills as required. You will be loyal, dependable, adaptable & resilient. 

A successful candidate must have the following

  • Be capable of working both individually and within a team.
  • Be an efficient and innovative content creator with experience with both videography and photography (details below)
  • Willingness to continue developing skills alongside a highly trained and experienced team 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Marketing experience is not essential, however, beneficial
  • Has big ideas, big ambition and able to work apart of a close-knit team

Role of the Content Creator:

  • Creating video and photography content for Loveridge clients and working alongside the Marketing Director to implement marketing strategies. 
  • Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics and photos.
  • Monitoring and analysing content success
  • General admin duties

Video Production Skills

Loveridge Digital are looking for an individual with a creative eye, who keeps up with the latest trends & technology. The ideal candidate will be able to produce high-quality video content from the planning stages (ideation, storyboarding, copywriting) through the filming and post-production, to a final product. 

The following skills are required:

  • Real-world videography and production experience. (DEMO Reel is a MUST)
  • Knowledge of the video production process: Directing, filming, interviewing, boarding, editing, encoding, uploading, and managing media.
  • Production skills: Videography, camera operation, sound, lighting, and quality sound capture.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflow
  • Audio post-production experience is a plus (recording, mixing, scoring, etc)
  • Must be extremely organised and able to successfully reach multiple deadlines at once
  • Comfortable with Gsuite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc)
  • The ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion
  • Proven range of both pre-production and post-production skills.
  • Effective communication with entire production team, including the client
  • Must be able to follow a marketing plan when creating videos


You will be highly experienced in operating the full Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), G-Suite software, Trello and web knowledge.


Above award wages, though the hourly rate may be negotiated with the right candidate.
