Our Wall & Floor Tiling company is expanding and looking for an Administration Assistant on a casual/part time basis. Hours & days are flexible for the right candidate (approx 15-20 hours per week). Based in Campbelltown.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Creating quotes in Xero
- Reading & measuring plans
- Inbound & outgoing calls
- Liaising with staff, builders & suppliers
- Job scheduling with ServiceM8
- Social Media
- Administrative work & other office tasks
Candidate must have:
- High attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent computer skills
