EFDigital are proud to partner with a leading health specialist who are focused on providing the very best experience for their members. This exceptional brand is now searching for a Content Officer to assist project teams to produce clear, concise digital content.

Supporting the Senior Content Specialist, the post holder will be responsible for digital copywriting across a wide variety of channels. As the post holder you will develop marketing, internal and corporate content to support the strategic goals and brand essence of the business. This role would suit a candidate who can develop a strong understanding of audience needs and has a background in content, communications, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Writing, editing and proofing skills with knowledge of digital content best practice
  • Deliver effective multi-channel content – web, eDM, DM, campaign assets
  • Editing existing copy to fit a given channel, ensuring consistency
  • Taking onboard stakeholder feedback and adjusting copy to align with brand guidelines          
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure all communications are targeted & effective
  • Simplify complex information and create conversational content
  • Raise the brand profile by producing consistent, unique, and relevant content 
  • Experience of content and marketing in a regulated industry (highly desirable)
