The Role

Responsible for the daily duties associated with working in the Stabilising Crews. The successful candidate will perform duties such as plant operating, to working on the ground with hand tools. The Stabilising crew has a broad range of works, from large scale pavement rehabilitation to wet plant hire. Must be able to work weekends and distance works. Strong Team player attitude is essential.

The Successful Candidate must be willing to work in a positive team environment. We require candidates whom are willing to work in a multi skilled role, willing to step outside the comfort zone and challenge yourself. To be available to work on weekend is also a key part of this role

Requirements:

  • Heavy Rigid licence (HR)
  • White card
  • Youll be physically fit.
  • Youll have the ability to work on own initiative and be able to work without constant supervision as well as within a team.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Must have good communication skills,
  • 2 x check-able work references from previous employers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two-year directly related experience preferred,
  • Stabiliser Mixer experience is preferred,
  • Lime Spreader experience is preferred.

Physical Environment

  • Frequent ability to lift or move up to 20kg throughout shift
  • Frequent ability to sit, climb, reach, and bend throughout shift
  • Ability to pass a physical on annual basis, including a drug screen.
  • Ability to work in outdoor construction environments, with moderate noise levels.
