OBT Financial Planning are offering an opportunity for an energetic and professional administration person to join our financial planning business and provide valuable assistance to the team. This is an important role which is highly valued by our company.
You will primarily be responsible for performing the tasks that comprise the implementation and ongoing administration of clients financial strategies.
The main focus of the role is to provide quality customer service and exceptional administrative support to our Financial Advisers. This position will include a variety of duties included but not limited to:
Managing the implementation of new investments and insurance polices
Maintaining accurate data and records
Producing correspondence and reports
Face to face client welcome/dealings
Answering the telephone; making and changing appointments; taking & passing on messages
Preparation of documents for client managers and team members
Assistant to all team members
Electronic Filing and updating of client records (XPlan)
Finalising client documentation
You must be a team player, have exceptional communication, well presented, reliable and respectful to clients and colleagues. Be able to work accurately with a high attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work. Ideally you will have at least 2 years previous experience working in a financial services support role and XPlan knowledge would be highly regarded. You must have fluent English and are able to communicate clearly and concisely. Base salary dependant on experience and qualifications.
