The Role

This is a Telephony Sales and Service focused role, which requires achievement of business targets and Key Performance Indicators. You will need to display a high level of commitment towards customer service and the ability work autonomously as part of a larger dynamic and driven team.

We have a Full Time position available, Monday - Friday and the role entails Telephony sales and customer service, working in our Woden office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone customer service
  • Dealing in Insurance Products, including Business Insurance
  • Meeting set Key Performance Indicators
  • Meeting training and compliance requirements
  • Community involvement


These are the skills and experience we're looking for:

  • High level of customer service and proven experience working in a customer facing role
  • Able to deliver sales results and meet targets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen
