Hazell Bros currently seeking a motivated and capable person to manage the tool store based in our Hobart workshop.

The successful applicants duties will include purchasing & stock control of workshop consumables, issuing & maintaining workshop tooling, purchasing of new tooling, maintaining certification & calibration of lifting devices & specific tooling which includes updating associated spread sheets, oil sample processing.

Selection criteria

  • Experience in stock control & purchasing
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially
  • Excel spreadsheets Self-motivation, adaptability and willingness to continue learning and developing
  • The ability to work independently and self-manage time and priorities
  • The ability to build credible and effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Capacity to work efficiently and effectively in both a team and unsupervised environment Maintain a safe working environment

Previous experience in store logistics or mechanical trade / background will be highly regarded.
