Our offices are located in Urrbrae and we are looking for an experienced Senior Office Manager to manage our Financial & Administrative systems and processes.
About the Role:
This role is suitable for an experienced Office Manager who is looking to work independently whilst being the go-to person for our team of Program Managers and support staff.
This is a key full time role within our organisation and would suit someone who loves being busy and working in a supportive and friendly team. You will be the 2IC for the CEO and will interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
All finance & administration tasks, including monthly payroll, invoicing, payables, bank reconciliations, monthly journals and reporting.
HR including updating, developing and implementing policies and procedures for the office, recruitment, inductions and ongoing compliance.
Annual Operating Plan reporting and EMDG preparation.
